Cat scan showed a broken nose after hitting the tile floor.
There was no indication of brain damage or of a stroke.
Doctor felt like she had had a vasovagal syncope.

However, she had been on this medication for years.
The last time she fainted was as a young teenager.
Write-up
Two days after her shot, she was sitting down working on her computer paying bills.
She became nauseas and dizzy and then fainted.
She hit the tile floor.
