was vaccinated on 12/31/20 @ 11:07 a.
m.
with Moderna Vaccination.
Pt.
experienced some tingling on the tip of her tongue.
She did not have any difficulty swallowing or breathing.
She was noted to have some PVC's and because of the PVCs and the tingling in the tongue she was transported to the Emergency Room.
Pt is 28 weeks pregnant with due date 03/24/21.
Pt.
was placed on heart monitor and noted to have PVCs , no runs noted.
