A 37-year-old female patient received BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, batch/lot number not known, with unknown expiration date), via an unspecified route of administration at approx.
08:15 am on 14Dec2020 at single dose for COVID-19 vaccination.
The patient medical history included: depressive illness.
Concomitant medication included paroxetine for depressive illness, influenza vaccine (INFLUENZA VIRUS) for Immunization, ethinylestradiol, gestodene (MILLINETTE) for Unwanted pregnancy.
Within 2 hours post vaccine, the patient started to feel sick and as if her vision was "swimming" adding to the feeling of dizziness.
This had continued since receiving the vaccine.
Patient had not tested positive for COVID-19 since having the vaccine.
Patient had not had symptoms associated with COVID-19 Patient was not enrolled in clinical trial.
Patient was not pregnant.
The patient experienced dizziness, nausea and vision blurred on 14Dec2020, all events were reported as disability.
The patient underwent lab tests and procedures which included COVID-19 virus test: no - negative on 17Nov2020.
The outcome of event dizziness was not recovered and the outcome of events nausea and vision blurred was recovering, the outcome of rest event was unknown.
No follow-up attempts are possible.
