12/28/2020 Swelling of throat in ED, treated with Epi Pen, 25mg Benadryl and 60mg of Prednisone by mouth.
Prednisone prescription 40mg by mouth times 5 days.
Write-up
Adverse reaction post Covid vaccine.
Waited for 20 min post vaccine.
Experienced S/S Heart palpitations, shortness of breath, tingling in extremities, diaphoretic after leaving clinic observation.
Drove back to hospital, escorted by pre surgical testing hospital staff and taken by wheelchair to ED.
