The reporter is the patient.
A 72-year-old female patient (not pregnant) received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), on 04Mar2021 as dose 2, single (Lot number: EN6202) at the age of 72 years, in right arm for covid-19 immunisation.
The patient's relevant medical history included: "benign irregular heartbeat" (unspecified if ongoing), notes: benign irregular heartbeat.
The patient's family history included: "Brain cancer" (unspecified if ongoing), notes: My brother died of brain cancer, my other brother had thyroid cancer.
; "Thyroid cancer" (unspecified if ongoing), notes: My brother died of brain cancer, my other brother had thyroid cancer.
; "melanoma" (unspecified if ongoing), notes: My daughter had melanoma.
There were no concomitant medications.

The following information was reported: CONDITION AGGRAVATED (disability) with onset Mar2021, outcome "not recovered", described as "The body aches got worse"; AUTOIMMUNE DISORDER (disability) with onset Mar2021, outcome "not recovered", described as "autoimmune abnormalities"; PAIN (disability) with onset Mar2021, outcome "not recovered", described as "body aches all over".
The events "body aches all over", "the body aches got worse" and "autoimmune abnormalities" required physician office visit.

Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of pain, condition aggravated, autoimmune disorder.
Clinical course: Adverse event: Within 2 weeks of the vaccination, the patient started having body aches all over.
When they did not go away, the patient went to health care provider and they ran blood work and testing which were normal.
The body aches got worse.
The patient talked to a different nurse practitioner, and ran bloodwork that showed autoimmune abnormalities.
The patient went to the withheld and they said, she has an autoimmune issue.
The patient went 73 years without this kind of an issue.
After receiving the COVID vaccine, patient come up with an autoimmune problem.
The patient have never had a flu shot in her adult life.
The pain was horrible and still is at times.
The patient got some hemp cbd and that helped a lot in the beginning but is less effective now.
They are suggesting doing shots to depress immune system.
The patient's brother died of brain cancer, other brother had thyroid cancer, and her daughter had melanoma so hesitant to depress her immune system.
AE treatment included Nothing right now but seeing Arthritis Center.
The patient was not diagnosed with COVID prior to vaccination.
The patient has been tested for COVID post the vaccination.
