Write-up
Cardiologist at the Clinic shot given at pharmacy.
Dizziness, light headedness, sweating, racing heart rate.
EMS responded, EMS techs ordered transport to Hospital, was in V-Tach.
Shocked at hospital, transferred to another hospital, stayed 3 days, several test done, determined heart muscle damaged, had low Ejection Fraction of 20-25%, recommended implanting defibrillator.
Returned to get second opinion and care nearer home.
Had heart life vest in November, implant surgery done Dec.
9, 2021.
Experience low blood pressure, some dizziness, easily winded, still employed on sick leave, no income since March 2022.
