Write-up
8/16/22: Following vaccination with Novavax, patient fainted at clinic and was monitored for 45 minutes (including vital signs ).
After going home, patient reports feeling shaky, dizziness, and fatigue.
8/17/22: Patient continued feeling fatigued.
8/18/22: In the morning, patient began having bouts of diarrhea and slight stomach pains, along with continued fatigue.
Patient reports that she is trying to stay hydrated and eat, but food "goes right through her.
" Patient also reports taking pepto but that did not appear to help the diarrhea.
