Write-up
Patient describes paresthesia to left arm and hand in the distribution of the ulna nerve.
In addition patient's ulnar nerve is more sensitive to touch than in the contralateral arm.
This is in the same arm that she received the Covid vaccine and has worsened over the last 9 days.
Patient also complains of increased fatigue.
