Write-up
Immediately after the shot, she complained of numbness to her upper right arm around the area of the shot.
Next, she requested to sit down because she was feeling sleepy drowsy.
She felt like she was going to pass-out.
She was covered with sweat.
She sweated profusely.
We called 911 because she looked sleepy or drowsy.
We kept calling her name to keep her awake.
I administered epinephrine as we continued to fan her.
She was still sweating profusely and feeling like passing out at the same time.
She recovered fully before EMS arrived.
She told EMS she felt fine, and did not need to be taken to the emergency room.
She later drove herself home.
