Write-up
1 week after third Covid 19 vaccine shot she developed Shingles.
Approx 1 week later had a ruptured cholecystitis which required multiple surgeries.
After surgery she was unable to be extubated for an extended period.
Once extubated was on high flow oxygen and could not maintain sats on room air.
Was too weak to swallow or stand.
Had a feeding tube placed.
Never regained strength and on April 13 she chose to go on hospice and care was withdrawn.
She died on April 16th, 2022.
