Patient had vaccine in Jan of 2022 because they were planning on going on a cruise and could not get a refund.
Patient started to notice swelling to BLE at the end of the month.
He went on the cruise in February and while there he was unable to lay flat to sleep without feeling short of breath.
Patient went to the hospital in the beginning of March and was diagnosed with CHF.
His EF was 20-25% where it was previously >50%.
