A 79-year-old non-pregnant female patient received bnt162b2 (COMIRNATY), dose 2 intramuscular, administered in Arm Left on 15Jun2021 (Batch/Lot Number: FC1436) as dose 2, single for covid-19 immunisation.
Medical history included hypertension, mitral and aortic insufficiency, hypercholesterolaemia, all from an unknown date and unknown if ongoing.
Historical vaccine included bnt162b2 (COMIRNATY, lot: FC8889), dose 1 on 25May2021 for covid-19 immunisation.
The patient's concomitant medications were not reported.
The patient experienced infarction, pain precordial on 30Aug2021, axillary thrombosis, headaches, pain in arms and legs, vomiting, cold sweats, clots in all arteries, heart attack, all on unspecified dates.
The event infarction required hospitalization.
The patient died on 31Aug2021.
It was not reported if an autopsy was performed.
