This is a report received from the Regulatory Authority; report number GB-MHRA-WEBCOVID-202108041843180560-5ZVEK, Safety Report Unique Identifier GB-MHRA-ADR 25755938.
A female patient of an unspecified age received first dose of BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, Solution for injection, Lot number was not reported) via an unspecified route of administration on an unspecified date as DOSE 1, SINGLE for covid-19 immunization.
The patient's medical history and concomitant medications were not reported.
Patient has not tested positive for COVID-19 since having the vaccine.

On an unspecified date, the patient experienced rash.
It was reported that approx 3 days after the vaccine I began to notice a few small red patches on my stomach but did not think much more of it until they began to spread all over my stomach chest and back.
They are flat non itchy red patches after speaking to a pharmacist there are no other explanations for this rash and I was given moisturising cream and advised to take anti histamines I now suspect it is a side affect of the vaccine.
The patient underwent lab tests and procedures which included sars-cov-2 test: negative on No-Negative COVID-19 test.
