A 69-year-old male patient received BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE) via an unspecified route of administration on 15Jun2021 (Batch/Lot number was not reported) at single dose for COVID-19 immunization.
Medical history included diabetes mellitus, herpes zoster.
The patient's concomitant medications were not reported.
On 15Jun2021, the patient experienced cold symptoms, COVID PCR test was positive on 19Jun2021, the patient collapsed on 19Jun2021 5am, oxygen level 92%, low haemoglobin 7.
