Write-up
Patient was being monitored for 30 minutes by EMS due to anaphylaxis to Shrimp.
About 15 minutes into monitoring, the patient reported to EMS that he was feeling sweaty and had some shortness of breath.
EMS reported BP to be 171/89 and pulse of 88.
Patient stated that he does take blood pressure medication and reported that BP was elevated for him.
EMS contacted ambulance for transport to Emergency room, patient in agreement to transport.
