Write-up
Severe chills, headache, and body aches starting approximately 5.
5 hours post-vaccination.
Treated with acetaminophen 1g PO.
Fatigue, headache, and dizziness beginning the following morning and persisting until approximately 9pm on 3/4/21.
Treatment with acetaminophen every 6 hours as needed.
After 9pm on 3/4/21, complete resolution of symptoms.
