Write-up
Immediate burning in both arms.
Unable to hold a pencil to fill out card after receiving vaccine.
Weakness in upper extremities.
Tingling, pain and numbness in both arms, red streaks appeared on the left arm going further up on to the shoulder, the were visible and painful for about 90 mins.
Sweating.
Nausea.
Blurred vision.
Loss of consciousness.
Headache behind the eyes.
