Write-up
Ulnar nerve swelling causing entrapment at left elbow and wrist.
Loss of sensation left ulnar nerve distribution 2 days after first vaccine.
EMG demonstrated demyelinated neve with conduction velocity of 17 m/s.
Loss of sensation.
Motor weakness.
